FAQ

Delivery & tracking, returns & refunds, pricing, warranty & repairs, drone rules, recycling, VAT invoices, stock and finance for the UK & EU.

Orders & Delivery (UK & EU)

  • +Where do you ship from?

We fulfil from the UK and the EU. The product page shows availability; routing is chosen for speed and minimal customs friction.

  • +How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 2–5 working days depending on destination and item size. Express options may be available at checkout.

  • +How do I track my order?

We email tracking on dispatch. You can also view updates in your account area.

  • +Do you offer Click & Collect?

No. We’re online-only and ship directly from our hubs for faster coverage.

Returns & Refunds

  • +Can I return an order if I change my mind?

Yes — online purchases have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may handle the goods as in a shop; if handling goes beyond that, we may deduct for diminished value. See our Returns page for steps and exclusions (e.g., hygiene-sealed items once opened).

  • +Who pays return postage?

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. You can request a prepaid label (if available); the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • +How quickly are refunds processed?

Within 14 calendar days of either us receiving the goods back or you providing proof of return — whichever is earlier. We refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost (if paid) to the original payment method.

  • +What if the product is faulty?

Contact Support. We’ll arrange repair or replacement; if that’s not possible within a reasonable time, escalation to refund may apply per UK/EU law and brand policy. In the UK you also have a 30-day short-term right to reject.

Pricing, Stock & Promotions

  • +Are prices inclusive of VAT?

UK: prices include UK VAT where applicable. EU: for orders fulfilled from our EU hub, prices include local VAT where applicable; otherwise duties/taxes may be due on delivery (shown at checkout when relevant).

  • +Do you price match?

No universal price-match. We focus on stable pricing and clear value on a curated range.

  • +Is an item in stock?

Stock status is shown on each product page and updates based on physical readiness to dispatch.

Warranty & Repairs

  • +How long is the warranty?

Manufacturer warranty length depends on brand and product line. UK consumer rights (CRA 2015) and EU legal guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.

  • +How are repairs handled?

Through authorised service routes defined by the brand. Contact Support for a return reference (RMA) and instructions. Returns without an RMA are still processed but may be delayed.

Drones & Compliance (UK & EU)

  • +Do I need registration to fly a drone?

UK: most operators need an Operator ID, and pilots may need a Flyer ID depending on weight/category (generally required ≥250 g). See the UK Civil Aviation Authority guidance: Registering to fly and Get a Flyer ID. EU: EASA Open category (A1–A3) rules apply by class/weight (C0–C4). See EASA guidance: Open category and Class identification labels.

  • +Are your drones CE/UKCA compliant?

Yes — region-correct models carrying CE and/or UKCA where applicable. Drone class (C0–C4) is listed on the product page when provided by the manufacturer.

  • +Can I take batteries or a power station on a plane?

IATA passenger guidance: spares in carry-on only. ≤100 Wh usually allowed; 100–160 Wh typically needs airline approval (often max 2 units); >160 Wh generally prohibited. Always confirm with your airline. See IATA: Passengers travelling with lithium batteries (PDF).

Recycling & Environment (WEEE)

  • +Can I recycle old electronics when I buy from you?

Yes. We follow UK/EU WEEE guidance and can provide options for responsible disposal or collection depending on the item and your location. In the UK, retailers with an EEE sales area >400 m² must accept very small WEEE (<25 cm) free of charge — see GOV.UK: Take back waste in store and WEEE guidance: Regulations.

Business, VAT & Invoices

  • +Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. UK VAT invoices are provided. For EU deliveries fulfilled from our EU hub, local VAT invoices are issued where applicable. EU businesses can add a valid VAT ID; eligibility depends on fulfilment route and local rules.

Finance & Gift Cards

  • +Do you offer finance or instalments?

If available, finance options are shown at checkout with provider, term and APR. Eligibility checks apply.

  • +Do you sell gift cards?

Sometimes — during promotions or seasonal campaigns. Terms and balance info are shown when available.

Services we don’t offer

  • +Do you offer trade-in or in-store services?

No. We don’t offer in-store services or a trade-in programme. Focus: online retail with UK/EU delivery.
